When can we expect your tableau of Element on (Mrs) Crabapple Road?

i went to a jittery joe’s in crabapple a few times, or twice, last summer when i traveled down there to set up my new ‘business’; i hope it didn’t also close or convert to element.

if you can ‘write’ a tableau for a now closed coffeehouse, maybe i will write one for a coffeehouse that has yet to open.

The Jittery Joe’s on Crabapple Rd is no more. Same owners, I think. It’s called Element and they serve coffee that’s way better than anything they had before. The staff is in to it too. Coffee geeks behind the counter, manual pourover, french press, and chemex. IMHO far better than what was there before.
